Aiming to increase the interest of young generations in engineering fields by introducing science and technology in an entertaining way, TÜBİTAK left its mark on TEKNOFEST Adana with 7 tents and more than 6 thousand square meters of activity area.

TÜBİTAK RUTE's product exhibitions and activities attracted great interest in the organization. Participants who visited the RUTE stand during the event had the opportunity to discover the fun aspects of science and technology through various activities and to learn more about the work of TÜBİTAK RUTE, while having fun and enjoying the festival.

Visitors had a full day of hands-on experiences.

"Energy Adventure" and Eskişehir5000 Train Model Events were organized

Participants had the opportunity to experience energy conversion and the use of stored energy in the interactive event called "Energy Adventure", where the basic principles of battery construction were explained practically in the activity area of TÜBİTAK RUTE, which is located within the scope of TÜBİTAK area. Battery technology was also explained at the event and participants who completed battery construction were given certificates.

In addition, one of the events of TEKNOFEST Adana that attracted great interest was the Eskişehir5000 train model construction workshop. During the construction of this model, participants gained both engineering skills and teamwork experience. The details and functioning of the train model attracted great interest, especially from children.

Such applications contribute to the orientation of young minds towards engineering and technology fields, and in the long run, are expected to make a critical contribution to Turkey's National Technology Move.

"Original Engine" Exhibited

Another important part of the stand was the exhibition of the Indigenous Engine developed by TÜBİTAK RUTE with domestic and national capabilities. Participants learned about the engine's working principles and were informed about its engineering design. The Özgün Engine technology, which was examined with interest by many visitors from academia and various sectors, was one of the products that attracted the most attention of the visitors.

Young people who want to advance their careers at TÜBİTAK RUTE were also informed about career opportunities.
