RUTE

Testing and Analysis Services

Testing and Analysis Services play a critical role in enhancing the quality and reliability of developed transportation projects. The Institute meticulously evaluates its projects in the testing and analysis processes, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and working on sustainable solutions. In this context, TÜBİTAK RUTE effectively conducts the testing and analysis activities required by public and private sector organizations with its robust infrastructure and expert team.

TÜBİTAK RUTE's testing and analysis services primarily focus on two main areas: Battery Tests and Motor Excellence Center Tests. Battery Tests are conducted to assess the performance of energy storage systems, enhance their reliability, and develop sustainable energy solutions. Motor Excellence Center Tests, on the other hand, aim to examine motor technologies, optimize their efficiency, and work on environmentally friendly alternatives.

Using cutting-edge technology in these testing and analysis processes, TÜBİTAK RUTE conducts a detailed evaluation of projects and raises quality standards based on the resulting data. Additionally, by working on sustainable solutions, it supports the long-term success of transportation projects. In this way, TÜBİTAK RUTE plays a crucial role in increasing the reliability and quality of projects in the transportation sector with its expertise in testing and analysis.

Motor Excellence CenterTests

In Türkiye, some domestic manufacturers, in the process of developing engines, have had to conduct certain tests abroad due to the lack of facilities domestically, hindering the progress of development activities at the desired pace. With the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the support of the Presidency Strategy and Budget Presidency, the Motor Excellence Center, established within TÜBİTAK between 2015-2020, has been opened to the service of our private sector companies with state-of-the-art equipment, test infrastructure, and know-how. The 8 different test rooms established in the center enable the development and certification processes of domestically designed engines ranging from 40 horsepower to 4,000 horsepower. At the same time, infrastructures for transmission components and vehicle tests have been made ready for use.

With the operation of the center, engine development and testing processes will gain significant speed and can be carried out domestically. Thus, technology-intensive systems in internal combustion engines will be developed locally, and resources spent on the production of engines with modern technology will remain in our country. In other words, the production of high-value-added systems will be ensured domestically.
